Ayurvedic Herbs Ayurvedic herbal use for relieving depletion, promoting breastmilk production, and ease through the hormonal shifts experienced.
Support How to best gather your local resources (friends, family, etc) for support. This part ensures that you, the mother, are taken care in a way that directly cultivates deep healing.
My name is Jenna Furnari, founder of Ayurvedic Mamas where we bring ancient wisdom to modern women from birth and beyond. I am Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner with my Master of Arts in Ayurveda, a yoga teacher of nearly 15 years and an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula.
In the last few years I have worked full time sharing Ayurvedic Postpartum Care. With a full calendar it has meant serving just 10 – 15 women directly in a 12 month period. Ayurvedic Mamas was created as a platform to serve and support as many women (new mothers!) from around the world as possible.
